IKE Micro is always interested in speaking with candidates pursuing careers in manufacturing management, process engineering, production control, quality control and assembly.
Soldering specialist: Candidate will have at least 2 years experience hand soldering under a microscope, preferrably on RF/Microwave modules. Machine operator: Candidate will operate and program automatic epoxy dispensing, die attach and wire bonding equipment. Wire Bonder: Candidate will have at least 2 years experience wire/ribbon bonding on Westbond, K & S, or Mechel bonders.
All positions are first shift, full time, with full benefits. We target candidates looking for longterm employment.
