Prototype Services

For design engineers that do not have access to qualified assembly personnel, or for engineers that have difficulty scheduling prototype work in their manufacturing operation, IKE offers prototype assembly on all types of microelectronics and microwave assemblies. Unlike many contract manufacturers, we do not require that prototype efforts lead to production work in our facility. We can work with just one package, board, or module for proof of concept, or hundreds of units to prove out high volume manufacturability. For those customers with limited resources we recommend design engineers, machine shops, all types of circuit board suppliers, epoxies, solders and components. Typical lead-time for prototype services range from same day to one week.
